Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over your data.
Last updated: May 8, 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Akshay B2B Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit www.akshayb2bsolutions.com (the “Website”) or engage us for compliance, registration, taxation or related professional services (the “Services”).
We are based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, and we comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) to the extent applicable.
2. Information we collect
a. Information you give us
- Identity & contact details — your name, email, phone number and postal address when you submit a booking form, email us, call us or engage us as a client.
- Business details — entity name, proposed business activity, GSTIN, PAN, Aadhaar (where required for KYC), Director Identification Number, registered address, bank account details and similar information needed to file applications on your behalf with government portals.
- Documents — scanned copies of identity proof, address proof, ownership documents, photographs, NOCs, agreements and other documents you share with us for the purpose of a specific filing.
- Payment information — when you make a payment, your card / UPI / bank details are collected and processed directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partner. We do not store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN on our servers at any time.
b. Information collected automatically
We do not run any analytics tools, tracking pixels or advertising trackers on the Website. We do not set our own cookies for tracking. The only automatic data collection that happens is:
- Standard hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) records routine information about each request — for example, IP address, browser type, the page requested and the timestamp — for security, abuse-prevention and uptime purposes. We do not actively review these logs except to investigate a security or technical issue.
- Third-party embeds you choose to interact with. Two services on the Website are operated by third parties and may set their own cookies when you interact with them: the Google Maps location embed on the Contact page, and the secure checkout window that opens on the payments page (operated by our payment gateway partner). These cookies are governed by the respective third party's privacy policy; we do not receive their cookie data.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, manage and complete the Services you have engaged us for — including filing applications and returns with the relevant government portals (GST, MCA, IP India, FSSAI, DGFT, Income Tax, etc.).
- Communicate with you about your enquiry, quotes, status updates, deadlines and renewals via phone, WhatsApp, email or SMS.
- Issue invoices and receipts, collect payments through our payment gateway and maintain accounting and statutory records.
- Comply with our own legal, tax and regulatory obligations under Indian law.
- Improve the Website, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep our systems secure.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We do not use your information for marketing by third parties.
4. Sharing your information
We share your information only with:
- Government portals and authorities — strictly as required to file the application or return you have engaged us for (for example, GSTN, MCA21, Income Tax e-filing portal, IP India, FSSAI FoSCoS, DGFT, etc.).
- Our payment gateway partner — a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor licensed by the Reserve Bank of India to operate as a Payment Aggregator. Your card / UPI / bank credentials are collected and stored by the gateway under its own privacy policy (linked from the secure checkout window when you make a payment). We share with the gateway only the information needed to create and reconcile your payment (name, email, phone, invoice reference and amount).
- Professional service providers — chartered accountants, company secretaries, legal counsel and IT vendors who assist us in delivering the Services, all bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Law enforcement or courts — where we are legally required to disclose information in response to a valid order, summons, notice or subpoena.
5. How long we keep it
We retain your information for as long as you remain a client and afterwards for the periods required by Indian tax, corporate and professional record-keeping laws (typically 6–8 years for accounting records, longer where statute or contract requires). Documents tied to a specific filing are retained for the period prescribed by the relevant authority.
After that, we either securely delete your information or anonymise it so that it can no longer be linked to you.
6. How we protect it
- Files and credentials are stored on access-controlled cloud and office systems. Only team members who need access for a specific engagement are authorised.
- Connections to the Website use HTTPS / TLS encryption. Payment data is transmitted directly to our payment gateway over PCI-DSS compliant channels and is never stored on our servers.
- We use strong passwords, multi-factor authentication on critical accounts, and review our access controls periodically.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we follow industry-standard practices, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable Indian law, you can:
- Ask us what information we hold about you and request a copy.
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Ask us to delete information that is no longer required to be kept by law.
- Withdraw a consent you have given us — though this may stop us from continuing parts of the Services.
- Raise a grievance about how your information is handled.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@akshayb2bsolutions.com with the subject line “Data request”. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Children

9. Third-party links
The Website may link to or embed third-party services (e.g. government portals, our payment gateway, Google Maps). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies separately.
