Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully. By using our website or engaging us for any service, you agree to the terms below.
Last updated: May 8, 2026
1. Who these terms apply to
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client”, “you”) and Akshay B2B Solutions(the “Firm”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a proprietorship operating from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, and govern your use of www.akshayb2bsolutions.com and our professional services.
2. Services we provide
We offer professional consultancy and assistance with business registrations, tax filings and ongoing compliance under Indian law. Indicative services include, but are not limited to:
- GST registration, GST returns and amendments
- Company, LLP, partnership and proprietorship registrations
- Trademark registration and opposition handling
- FSSAI licence (basic, state, central) and renewals
- Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) registration and modifications

- Annual ROC compliance and statutory filings
- Loan settlement and related financial advisory
We are an independent professional services firm. We are not an agent, franchisee or office of any government authority. References on our site to any government department or scheme are descriptive only.
3. Quotes, fees and payment
How fees work
- Our website intentionally does not list fixed prices. Each engagement is quoted in writing based on the scope, the entity type, the state, turnaround required and any add-ons.
- Our quote separates professional fees (charged by us) from government statutory fees and taxes (paid through to the relevant authority). Statutory fees are determined by the government and can change without notice.
- GST on professional fees is charged separately at the rate prescribed by law.
How you pay
- Payments are accepted online through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partner (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) on our payments page, or via UPI / bank transfer to the account mentioned on the invoice.
- Work begins after the agreed advance / full payment is received and the required documents are with us.
- All invoices are issued in Indian Rupees (INR). Foreign-currency equivalents are indicative only.
4. Your responsibilities as a client
- Provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information and documents. We rely on what you give us; if you provide incorrect information, we are not responsible for the consequences (rejections, penalties, re-filings).
- Respond to our requests for information, signatures, OTPs and confirmations within the timelines we indicate. Government portals impose strict time limits and we cannot meet them without your cooperation.
- Ensure that the activity you are seeking to register or carry out is lawful, that you have the authority to engage us, and that your use of any document we deliver complies with applicable law.
- Keep your login credentials, OTPs and personal identifiers confidential. Do not share them outside the team member assigned to your engagement.
5. Turnaround and outcomes
Indicative timelines we share are based on normal processing times of the relevant authority. Actual timelines are governed by the relevant government portal or office and are outside our direct control.
We do not and cannot guarantee:
- That a specific application, name, trademark or licence will be approved by the authority — approvals depend on the authority's discretion and the merits of the application.
- Particular tax, regulatory or business outcomes — our work is professional advisory based on the facts you share and the law as it stands on the date of advice.
- Uninterrupted availability of government portals or third-party systems.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — including text, design, logos and graphics — is owned by Akshay B2B Solutions or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or distribute it without written permission. You may, of course, view and share links to public pages.
Filings, applications and certificates we obtain on your behalf belong to you. Internal worksheets, templates and methodologies remain our property.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all information shared by you in connection with an engagement as confidential and use it only to deliver the Services and meet our legal obligations. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the professional fees actually received by us for that specific engagement in the preceding 12 months.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to government portal outages, internet outages, strikes, natural disasters, change of law and force majeure events).
- Statutory fees, taxes, penalties and interest payable to any government authority are your responsibility and pass through to you.
9. Termination
Either party can terminate an engagement by written notice (email is fine). On termination:
- You will pay for the work already performed up to the date of termination, plus any government fees already incurred on your behalf.
- Any refund of unutilised advance fees will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination indefinitely.

- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, our servers, or any database connected to it.
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on the Website.

11. Disclaimer
