Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want every client to feel confident before they pay. This policy explains exactly when and how refunds work.

1. Scope
This policy applies to fees paid to Akshay B2B Solutions for professional services purchased through www.akshayb2bsolutions.com, our payments page, or any invoice we issue.
2. Two parts of every fee
Every quote we share separates two distinct components:
- Professional fees— charged by us for consultation, document preparation, filing and follow-up.
- Government / statutory fees— paid through to the relevant authority (e.g., MCA, GSTN, IP India, FSSAI, DGFT, Income Tax). These are determined by the government and we have no control over them.
The refund eligibility for each component is different, as explained below.
3. Cancellation by you
a. Before we begin work
If you cancel before any work has started on your engagement (typically within 24 hours of payment, and before we have sent any document drafts, applications or login requests), you are eligible for a 100% refund of the professional fees paid.
b. After work has started, but before government filing
If you cancel after we have begun work but before the application or return has been submitted to the relevant authority, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund of the professional fees based on the work already performed (drafts prepared, queries answered, document review, follow-ups). We will share a short summary showing what has been completed and what is being refunded.
c. After government filing / submission
Once an application or return has been submitted to a government portal, the work is treated as completed for refund purposes — the action is irreversible from our side and the government usually does not refund its fees. Therefore, no refund of professional fees is payable once filing has been done, regardless of whether the application is eventually approved or rejected by the authority.
4. Government / statutory fees
Government statutory fees and applicable taxes are non-refundableonce paid to the authority — they are governed by that authority's own policy, not ours. If we have collected such fees from you but have not yet paid them to the authority, those amounts are refundable in full.
5. Cancellation or rejection by the authority
Approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant government authority. If your application is rejected, raised an objection, or kept pending:
- We will share the official communication from the authority and the reason for rejection / objection.
- For most matters, we will respond to objections / re-file at no additional professional fee within the original scope. Any additional government fees levied for re-filing are payable by you.
- If a re-filing is not possible or you choose not to proceed, our professional fees for work already performed remain non-refundable per Section 3(c).
6. Cancellation by us
We may cancel or pause an engagement if:
- The information or documents you provide are found to be false, misleading or insufficient and you are unable to correct them.
- The activity you are seeking to register is unlawful.
- You are unresponsive for an extended period and government deadlines have lapsed.
- Continuing the engagement would breach our professional or legal obligations.
In such cases, refunds will be processed on the same pro-rata basis described in Section 3.
7. How to request a refund
Email us at info@akshayb2bsolutions.com with the subject line “Refund request” and include:
- Your full name and registered phone number
- The invoice / payment reference number
- Reason for the refund
We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days and confirm the eligible refund amount.
8. Refund timelines
Once a refund is approved, we initiate it through the same payment channel used for the original payment, via our payment gateway. The amount will typically reach your bank / card / UPI account within 5–7 working days from the date the refund is initiated, depending on your bank. International cards may take a little longer.
9. Disputes & chargebacks
Before raising a chargeback or dispute with your card / bank issuer, please reach out to us first — almost every issue can be resolved in a single phone call. Frivolous chargebacks raised without first contacting us may be contested with full evidence of services delivered.
