Service Delivery Policy
We deliver professional services digitally — there is no physical product or shipping. This page explains exactly what you receive and when.

1. Nature of our services
Akshay B2B Solutions is a professional services firm. Engagements are fully digital and document-based. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical goods. There is therefore no shipping cost, courier or delivery address required from your side.
2. What you receive
Depending on the service you have engaged us for, you will typically receive one or more of the following, delivered electronically:
- The official certificate or registration issued by the relevant government authority (e.g. GST Registration Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, FSSAI Licence, IEC, Trademark Application/ Registration receipt, etc.).
- Filed acknowledgement copies from the relevant portal (e.g. ITR-V, GSTR acknowledgements, MCA challans).
- Login credentials for the relevant portal where one has been created on your behalf.
- Drafts and final copies of resolutions, agreements, declarations and other documents prepared as part of the engagement.
- A tax invoice from us for our professional fees.
3. How delivery happens
Documents and credentials are sent to you via the email address on record, and where helpful, also via WhatsApp on the registered phone number. Larger sets of documents may be shared via a private link (Google Drive / similar).
For statutory documents that the government issues only on its own portal, we will guide you through downloading them with your credentials. If you prefer, we can also download and email them to you.
4. Indicative timelines
The following are typical turnaround times, assuming all required documents and OTPs are received from you on time and the government portal is operational. They are not commitments and may vary in individual cases.

5. Things that can affect delivery
- Government portal availability. Portals such as MCA, GSTN, IP India, FSSAI and Income Tax e-filing have their own uptime and processing schedules. Maintenance windows, technical issues and policy changes are outside our control.
- Public holidays and bank holidays in India and the relevant state.
- Document & OTP delays from your side. Many government filings are OTP-driven; if OTPs are not shared with us promptly, the application has to be reinitiated.
- Authority objections / queries. Where the authority raises a clarification, the delivery clock is paused until the query is answered.
6. Tracking your engagement
You can ask the team member assigned to your engagement for a status update at any time during business hours. We typically share a proactive update at every milestone — document collection, draft ready, filing done, certificate issued.
7. Re-delivery and re-issue
If you misplace a delivered document, we can re-send the digital copy free of charge. Where the government authority charges a fee for a duplicate certificate or attested copy, that statutory fee is payable by you.
